User feedback improves Habitapp

Mosscare Housing has released an enhanced version of their popular Reporting App ‘Habitapp’. The App has been improved following user suggestions and version 1.4 is now available to download for free on the App store. 

Habitapp is the first dedicated Reporting App within the social housing sector, and has been available since Autumn 2011. The App was designed & developed by Manchester design agency Emerald, with this new streamlined version proving to be as popular as the previous one. 

The App enables Mosscare to work closely with their tenants, promoting positive relationships within the local community. One Mosscare tenant commented: “It’s an app for reporting repairs etc... I reported one, got an email confirmation, and a card arrived later to say the job would be done – sorted!”
