Mosscare Housing launches iPhone app for residents
Available for public download from the end of August 2011 this iPhone app allows Mosscare and Mossbank residents to report repair issues and attach up to three images to the report. As well as repairs the app has a facility allowing other issues or topics to be reported, again with images attached.
This move positions Mosscare as one of the very early adopters of dedicated smart phone technology in the sector and taps into a growing trend of people using smart phones as their main way to browse the internet and carry out many daily tasks.
Future developments for Habitapp include modules to allow rent payment, find local jobs, find local services, learn about recycling, and receive latest news.
