We take great pride in our people and go to great lengths to hire people who have both the appropriate technical skills to fulfill the job role and drive the business forward; and also the personal skills that make the Emerald team so approachable. At various times each of the Emerald team will visit clients sites either to take a job brief, deliver and discuss sample designs, attend project meetings, or to install a finished solution onto client servers.

Outside of the core team we work with a small number of freelance designers and developers to cope with additional demands, or to provide specific skills. All the freelancers we work with have either a long record of working with Emerald, or at one time worked for Emerald.
